We are currently looking to fill the following position:
Technical Support
Our Technical Support person is responsible for assisting clients with various technical issues that may arise. This includes installation & configuration of new software or equipment, troubleshooting, or providing assistance to clients with a smile.
Requirements:
Hard working, ability to multitask and prioritize, honest, dependable, meets deadlines, ability to work independently
or in a team, college level or better grasp of the English language, ability to COMMUNICATE and connect with
clients, 5+ Years in professional environment, 5+ years experience working with complex IT projects ("I built a
computer for my friend" does not qualify).
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with the following technologies:
Microsoft server technologies - including Active Directory, Server 2003 & 2008, Microsoft SQL, Exchange 2003 – 2010
Linux
Mac OS X
Client and Server
Cisco & SonicWall
products
VOIP and Asterisk
systems
Any applicant with ANY degree of arrogance, or superiority need not apply.
Sales Person
Requirements:
Good people skills, ability to connect with and explain basic technical issues to clients, ability to work independently and find solutions, experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to make presentations, willingness to learn a little bit of nerdy technical things, and a good attitude.
Duties:
Call current and potential customers to make recommendations of our products and services.
